Update Information:

This build makes kde-print-manager the default printer manager for KDE Plasma Desktop, replacing system-config-printer-kde and its associated kde-printer-applet. In particular:
* the system-config-printer-kde and kde-printer-applet packages are now Obsoleted by kde-print-manager and
* both newly-created and upgraded plasma-desktop configurations will have the print-manager Plasma widget added to their system tray.
It also adds a previously missing dependency on system-config-printer-libs for the NewPrinterNotification D-Bus service provided by that package.
