Update Information:

This update changes the ipp backend so that it uses only the parts of IPP that are more reliably implemented by printer manufacturers, and avoids getting into a busy loop when attempting to send a job which is not authorised.

It also fixes a double-free bug in the Avahi support that could cause the scheduler to crash; adds a USB quirk for a Xerox printer model; restores compatibility with CUPS 1.1.x servers; and fixes a dbus notifier crash.
