Added sending of installed version headers in requests. Added support for certificates with carriage returns in them. Added support for activation keys during a GUI registration. Dozens of additional bug fixes.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update python-rhsm' at the command line.
