VIM (VIsual editor iMproved) is an updated and improved version of the
vi editor.  Vi was the first real screen-based editor for UNIX, and is
still very popular.  VIM improves on vi by adding new features:
multiple windows, multi-level undo, block highlighting and more.

Update Information:

These updated packages fix several issues:
* the vim.csh profile has invalid csh syntax
* crash with directory name equal to maximum path length
* can't make 'softtabstop' follow 'shiftwidth'
* leaking resources when setting GUI font
* repeating "cgn" does not always work correctly
* filler lines above the first line may be hidden

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update vim' at the command line.
