Update Information:

Add fix for bug 872806 and a couple of small changes
    
    - Readd wrapper bundles for axis, jaxrpc, apache-commons-discovery.
    - Add emf-sdk as BR/R because of some missing bundles.
    - Remove problematic org.eclipse.license stuff.
    - Fix imported version of org.w3c.dom* in org.eclipse.wst.wsdl.validation

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update eclipse-wtp-webservices' at the command line.
