Description :
Kile is a user friendly (La)TeX editor.  The main features are:
  * Compile, convert and view your document with one click.
  * Auto-completion of (La)TeX commands
  * Templates and wizards makes starting a new document very little work.
  * Easy insertion of many standard tags and symbols and the option to define
    (an arbitrary number of) user defined tags.
  * Inverse and forward search: click in the DVI viewer and jump to the
    corresponding LaTeX line in the editor, or jump from the editor to the
    corresponding page in the viewer.
  * Finding chapter or sections is very easy, Kile constructs a list of all
    the chapter etc. in your document. You can use the list to jump to the
    corresponding section.
  * Collect documents that belong together into a project.
  * Easy insertion of citations and references when using projects.
  * Advanced editing commands.

An update of Kile to the latest upstream bugfix release, version 2.1.3.

Fixes:

- Allow letters as shortcuts (kde#268570)
- Avoid executing unwanted commands in the console when changing tabs (kde#301653)
- Ensure that the ViewBib tool opens the correct bibliography file (kde#301175)
- Correctly display output produced by ConTeXt (kde#303230)
- Correctly handle text with foreground colour in the tabular wizard (kde#299410)
- Correctly save and restore the encodings of previously opened files (kde#304853)
- Fix a problem which causes that projects sometimes cannot be opened correctly (kde#301808)

Features:

- Add a completion file for the 'ifplatform' package (Patch by Thomas Braun)
- Add 'Save', 'Save As' and 'Save Copy As' entries to the tab context menus (kde#249293)
- Add tool tips to structure view entries (Patch by Eugene Shalygin)
- Provide Unicode characters for the symbols in the symbol view (Patch by Olivier Delaune, kde#159515)

(Note: The fix for "Force termination of Kile when the main window is closed (kde#299569)" was already backported in kile-2.1.2-2.fc17.)
