Update Information:

Update fcoe-utils to 1.0.24.  This version increases the VLAN discovery timeout and fipvlan now automatically starts FCoE on interfaces that receive VLAN replies with VID 0.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update fcoe-utils' at the command line.
