Remove from /usr/share/pear:
* test, moved to /usr/share/tests/pear
* data, moved to /usr/share/pear-data
* .pkgxml, moved to /var/lib/pear/pkgxml

On update, force test_dir and data_dir configuration to new location

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update php-pear' at the command line.
