Latest bugfix release. Fixes include:
* Turn off deprecation warnings: we're not going to fix them on a stable branch.
* Make sure capability discovery works for the camera-v1 capability bundle, avoiding an iChat bug in which it repeats failed capability discovery requests in a rapid loop (fd.o #54634)
