Uptream release of 0.10.2

* Allow environment variables set through <qemu:env> to properly override ones inherited by libvirtd when it starts.
* Allow libvirt to set SELinux labels on character devices.
* Re-add 0001-Use-qemu-system-i386-as-binary-instead-of-qemu.patch.
