Update Information:

This update fixes a few bugs that were mainly found when adding more unit tests.

Changes:
 * Implement some missing functions
 * Use new 'valid' flag everywhere
 * Use integer returning function for disk number (API break for C++ only, C function is still available, so no problem for C and vala applications)
 * Update bindings
 * Add more unit tests
 * Adapt C++ sample code
 * Many bug fixes
