This package provides many approaches for both reading and creating XML
(and HTML) documents (including DTDs), both local and accessible via HTTP
or FTP. It also offers access to an XPath "interpreter".

Update Information:

Update R to 3.0.0. This required a rebuild of all R modules and R dependent packages.

Because of the intrusive nature of this particular R update, it is not planned for any releases of Fedora older than Fedora 19.
