Sys::Syslog is an interface to the UNIX syslog(3) function. Call syslog() with
a string priority and a list of printf() arguments just like at syslog(3).

Correct dependencies (perl, perl-HTTP-Tiny, perl-Digest-MD5). Sub-package modules (Sys-Syslog). Fix memory leak when freeing tied hashes. Fix dead lock in PerlIO after forking from a thread.
