Update Information:

This update is focused to fix arm builds(done) by updating to latest icedtea7. Also few more tweeks were done to alternatives(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=983677) due to some negative karmas during pushing to stable previous update(https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2013-13379/java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.25-2.3.10.10.fc19)
