Update Information:

Upgrade to version 0.6 because version 0.4 hasn't been maintained upstream in more than 5 years. Noticable difference besides the more polished UI and new courses: the executable was renamed from `etracer` to `etr` and the package ships an appdata file for e.g. GNOME Software.
