Update Information:

This update fixes nearly all input devices looking like PS3 Sixaxis devices.
This update adds upstream support for the PS3 Sixaxis joypad, and fixes many crasher bugs.
This update fixes a couple of crasher bugs, and re-adds support for the iCade.
