GCL is a Common Lisp currently compliant with the ANSI standard.  Lisp
compilation produces native code through the intermediary of the
system's C compiler, from which GCL derives efficient performance and
facile portability. Currently uses TCL/Tk as GUI.

Update Information:

This update rebuilds the SELinux policy to solve one problem, and also applies an update from upstream that fixes the ARM build.  It also contains the following changes:
- trim excess digits from printed floats
- check default timezone dynamically
- follow bash ~ semantics in user-homedir-pathname
