Name : firstboot
Product : Fedora 18
Version : 18.6
Release : 2.fc18
URL : http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FirstBoot
Summary : Initial system configuration utility
Description :
The firstboot utility runs after installation. It guides the user through
a series of steps that allows for easier configuration of the machine.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:

This update stops firstboot trying to read in keyboard configuration via system-config-keyboard, which is no longer necessary. It will simply use the X keyboard configuration written out by the installer. As system-config-keyboard is currently broken, trying to read in configuration that way was causing firstboot to always use U.S. English keyboard layout. To test: do a fresh install of 18 Final TC1 or newer with this firstboot included and a non-U.S. English keyboard configured as the default or only layout. firstboot should use that layout. Older firstboot builds would use U.S. English regardless of what keyboard was configured.
