Update Information:

The cupsd process used D-Bus from two different threads, leading to abnormal termination. This update moves calls to Avahi (which uses D-Bus) into the main thread.

It also contains a fix for DNSSD name resolution so that the cupsEnumDests()/cupsConnectDests() interface works as intended.

Finally, redundant linkage to libgcrypt has been removed.
