Update Information:

Massive graphics update for F18, including:

- Mesa resync with F19 (GL 3, vdpau drivers, etc)
- New device support in nouveau, intel, and radeon drivers
- llvm 3.3 and rebuilds for same

Yes I know pure isn't rebuilt for this version of llvm yet. There's a testsuite failure that only occurs on F18 (and only on i686 there!) not F19. Please don't downvote this update on that basis, I'm working on it, and the graphics updates are far more important anyway.
