This update fixes the dependency explosion that appeared in gnome-boxes-3.8.2-4.fc19 build.
In addition to that, fixes carried over from the previous updates-testing builds:
* remove exclusivearch, boxes should kind of work (slowly) on non-x68 arches
* Fix build/install issues on non-x86 arch
* New build with a patch for rhbz#963464
