Update Information:

- specify filesystem type when creating partitions
extlinux fixes from mattdm
dont use -F 32 when making vfat partition
- compress qcow2 by default
- make sure we dont destroy our newly created vfat partition
- leave first mb free
- write out kickstart file
- correctly write out extlinux config
- dont require --ondisk for partitions
