Update Information:

Makes the requirement on xml-commons-apis very strict to prevent partial updates of Eclipse.
Removed many package import of org.w3c.dom to force bundles to use the package provided by JVM.
Make the symlink to swt absolute.
Here is where you give an explanation of your update.
Added -r to zip while creating the jar. It should have all classes now.
Bug fix + rebuild
A few minor bugfixes.
