Update to latest version of KonkretCMPI 0.9.0:
* Use CMake as buildsystem (added FindCMPI.cmake and FindKonkretCMPI.cmake modules)
* Python bindings for the MOF parser
* Fixed using experimental schema
* Assertion crash fixed
* Add missing headers
* Many other minor bugs fixed

Update to latest version of openlmi-providers 0.0.19:
* New provider: LogicalFile
* Path to Pegasus's repository in mof registration script fixed (ticket #71)
* Improvements in cmake macros in OpenLMIMacros.cmake
* Scripts from generating documentation from mof files was ported to KonkretCMPI mof parser (was using CIMOM) and now are installed by default (as openlmi-doc-class2rst and openlmi-doc-class2uml).
