Dropped automatic restart capability from vmtoolsd service.
Fixed glib dependency for upstream version 9.2.3 and changed
vmtoolsd restart criteria to be on-failure.
New upstream version 9.2.3.
Resubmitting the update with a fix for ldconfig dependency.
Added open-vm-tools package for virtual machines hosted on VMware.
