Clutter 1.14.4 upstream release.

List of changes since Clutter 1.14.2, from upstream release notes:

 - Fix GestureAction handling of multi-touch gestures

 - Add a paint callback for Stage updates

 - Improve scaling behaviour in ZoomAction

 - Documentation fixes

EDIT: clutter-1.14.4-2 includes a backported patch to address an issue with frequent GNOME Shell crashes on 32 bit systems.
