Update Information:

This update fixes issues with UI applets showing the wrong state after suspend/resume or airplane mode, an issue with reading VLAN configuration, waits longer for slow-to-connect WWAN devices, fixes a crash with some PPPoE configurations, fixes applet signal icons with newer versions of libpng, and other stability issues.
