Description :
libzip is a C library for reading, creating, and modifying zip archives. Files
can be added from data buffers, files, or compressed data copied directly from
other zip archives. Changes made without closing the archive can be reverted.
The API is documented by man pages.

Update Information:

Update to upstream version 1.12.2 which includes all the patches already present in previous build.

Upstream changelog:
- fix build with PHP 5.3
- add --with-libzip configure option to use system libzip
- move check before dereferencing ptr (Felipe)
- add LICENSE and LICENSE_libzip
- fix bug #64342 ZipArchive::addFile() has to check file existance

Packaging changes in zip extension to follow pecl installation:
- install doc in /usr/share/doc/pecl/zip
- install tests in /usr/share/tests/pecl/zip
- upstream patch, don't use any libzip private struct

Changes in libzip:
- replace php patch with upstream one

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update libzip' at the command line.
