LIRC is a package that allows you to decode and send infra-red and
other signals of many (but not all) commonly used remote controls.
Included applications include daemons which decode the received
signals as well as user space applications which allow controlling a
computer with a remote control.

lircd.service: add sh wrapper to handle empty argumentes.
Fix missing {} in lircd.service (bz 1025030, comment 24).
Fix stale lirc.service links, typos in lircmd.service, README.fedora update
lircd.service: Fixing typo in -19, ignore errors in PreExec/PostExec.
