Name : systemd
Product : Fedora 19
Version : 204
Release : 16.fc19
URL : http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd
Summary : A System and Service Manager
Description :
systemd is a system and service manager for Linux, compatible with
SysV and LSB init scripts. systemd provides aggressive parallelization
capabilities, uses socket and D-Bus activation for starting services,
offers on-demand starting of daemons, keeps track of processes using
Linux cgroups, supports snapshotting and restoring of the system
state, maintains mount and automount points and implements an
elaborate transactional dependency-based service control logic. It can
work as a drop-in replacement for sysvinit.

Update Information:

This update backports many patches from upstream. There are some user-visible changes:
- sysctl order has been reversed, so that alphabetically later names override earlier ones, which was how things behaved before, and how they behave in later versions, and what people are expecting. One change that wasn't backported is that /etc/sysctl.conf is still read.
- systemd-fsck@, systemd-tmpfiles-setup-dev are now RemainAfterExit=yes, which means that they should not get spuriously restarted.
- systemd-logind now checks if enough free swap is present in /proc/swaps before advertising hibernation.
- $SHELL is always set in units which have User= set.
- network filesystems are ordered before remote-fs.target not local-fs.target which should help with shutdown issues.
