Update Information:

This release adds support for DataBoxCreditInfo service (getting details about credit available to the user). It recognises mis-cased MIME types, and new error codes at CheckDataBox service. It fixes a possible crash in isds_get_commercial_permissions(), and isds_get_message_sender().
