Name : prwd
Product : Fedora 19
Version : 1.8
Release : 1.fc19
URL : http://tamentis.com/projects/prwd
Summary : A tool to print a reduced working directory
Description :
Most shells read $PS1 differently and have a very rigid way to display
the current working directory. prwd allows you to have one way to handle
the display of your working directory and use it across multiple shells.
It also allows you to keep an eye on your current branch when you enter
a project handled by git or mercurial.

Update Information:

* Added set hostname configuration flag to prefix the hostname.
* Added set uid_indicator configuration flag to suffix $ or #
depending on whether the user is root or not.
* If the parent shell allows it, use PWD to get the current directory,
this allows prwd to grab the context of the parent shell and show
symlinks appropriately.
* Where there are multiple definitions of the same alias, check which
ones point to an existing directory (for -a dump). Resolve aliases
one level deep if needed.
* Allow one level of nested aliases (only as prefix).
