VIM (VIsual editor iMproved) is an updated and improved version of the
vi editor.  Vi was the first real screen-based editor for UNIX, and is
still very popular.  VIM improves on vi by adding new features:
multiple windows, multi-level undo, block highlighting and more.

Update Information:

This updates fixes the following issues:

-  ":help !!" does not find the "!!" tag in the help file
-  when completing item becomes unselected
-  file name completion fails with Chinese characters
-  NFA engine matches too much with \@>
-  NFA regexp: Using \ze may result in wrong end
-  deadlock while exiting, because of allocating memory
-  current user cannot always use the undo file he created
-  reading before start of a string
-  clang warning for int shift overflow
-  valgrind error when using CTRL-X CTRL-F at start of the line
