The Plague build system is a client/server distributed build system for
building RPM packages.  This package provides the plague server.

* Fix plague-client "build" command, so it doesn't traceback, doesn't trigger ABRT, and accepts relative src.rpm paths again.
* Faster shutdown: Patch server and builder to send a fake request in SIGTERM exit handler to end the serve_forever loop.
* systemd: Add Requires=rpcbind.service in unit files.
* Fix typo in EmailUtils.py error message.
