Update Information:

Fix the version string to be GNU standards compliant.

New %pre to fix failed upgrade of the previous build.
Fix /usr/share/gdb/auto-load/ need of filesystem symlinks.
It needs:
yum remove gdb-heap; yum reinstall gdb; yum install gdb-heap

Remove --disablerepo='*' from BZ 554152 as it conflicts with BZ 981154.
