Update Information:

This is not a manitory update and will likely only effect developers. Removed wxGTK-devel compatiblity in favour for a wx-config symlink
Fixed RH Bug 1076617. This fixes a graphical glitch on some applications using wxGTK3 and allows some applications to work propework properly
