Update Information:

Updates to the fedpkg package:

- retire: Use pkgdb2 API
- completion: Add mockbuild --root completion
- completion: Assume fedpkg is installed if the completion is, no need to test
- Don't check for the config file if the user is asking for help
- Allow executable name to be used as key for configuration

Updates to the rpkg package:

- Added new option --fetch to switch-branch
- Changed nvr_check option for build to be optional
- De-hardcode 'origin' as the remote name
- If we failed to parse NVRE from rpm output use better error message
- Set pushurl & branch_remote by default
- Define module name from command line, git url and lastly from spec
- read krbservice from the koji config file
- clog: Don't require empty line between changelog entries
- expand %{name} and %{verion} macros when checking for unused_patches check for .patch and .diff files as patches
- clog: Support %changelog tag written in non-lowercase. (ville.skytta)
- Mock config temp dir in the form $(target)-$(localarch).$(mktemp)mockconfig
