Update Information:

Fix and improve qtchooser configuration support.  In particular, fix broken logic on non-basearch multilib cases (ie, x86_64 was ok, but i686 was not).

The new implementation uses alternatives to ensure a valid/default qtchooser configuration exists:
* Qt4 (20) is preferred over Qt5 (10)
and
* 64bit (+5) is preferred over 32bit (+0)
