INDI is a distributed control protocol designed to operate

Update Information:
An update of libindi to version 0.9.9, the latest upstream release, required by the current version of KStars to support telescope control. The update also includes updated indi-apogee and kstars packages rebuilt against the new libindi.
Compared to the version 0.9.6 previously in Fedora 20, the following changes are included:
