A set of macros for building GHC packages following the Haskell Guidelines
of the Fedora Haskell SIG.  ghc needs to be installed in order to make use of
these macros.

Update Information:

- split ghc.attr into ghc_lib.attr and ghc_bin.attr to handle executables better
- require ghc-compiler for %ghc_version
- %cabal_configure now passes CFLAGS and LDFLAGS to ghc
- ghc-deps.sh support ghc-pkg for building ghc <= 7.4.2 too

su -c 'yum update ghc-rpm-macros' at the command line.
