Product : Fedora 21
Version : 0.3.9
Release : 2.fc21

Summary : Pure-PHP implementation of RC4
Description :
Uses mcrypt, if available, and an internal implementation, otherwise.

Update Information:

This update provides the latest upstream release of phpseclib. The main reason for phpseclib's inclusion in Fedora is as a dependency of ownCloud, for its SFTP external storage support. I have tested that this support works with the new phpseclib - and in fact it never worked with the old one.
