* libgnutls: Updated code for AES-NI. That prevents an uninitialized
variable complaint from valgrind.

* libgnutls: Enforce a maximum size for DH primes.

* This release prioritizes the GCM ciphersuites over CBC, enables TPM support and fixes few other bugs on the current stable branch.
