Fixed the link in the *.info file to point to _pkgdocdir instead of _docdir.
The package didn't build *.info files for use by info and/or emacs. This is now fixed.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update python-docs' at the command line.
