Update Information:

Updates Fedora's JBoss Tools packages to 4.1.1.Final.

The eclipse-m2e-core update here doesn't yet fix any of the open issues on bugzilla for this package, it's just a rebuild that was necessary to allow building against it for eclipse-jbosstools. I'm still working on those other issues.
