This is a cross compiling version of GNU GCC, which can be used to
compile for the msp430 platform, instead of for the native arm
platform.

Update Information:

Update mspgcc to the most recent uniarch LTS release.  In March 2014, this is expected to be superseded by the msp430 arch that is currently being built upstream.
