Update Information:

This update includes a new upstream release which fixes the bugs listed and a few enhancements:
- update translations
- introduce D-Bus Configuration Service
- mark koopses with unsupporeted HW as not-reportable
- introduce abrt-auto-reporting utility
- add support for s390 and ppc kernel oopses
