Update Information:

Changes in version 0.10:
- Fix strchr() not being found for some configurations
- Make logic for build status a bit more readable
- Add support for order-only prerequisites
- Restrict slash rotation to Windows
- Allows users (but not scripts) to run remake from any subdirectory
- Close this file descriptor first, in case it is equal to 0
- Avoid executing shells for phony targets
- Fix completion of some phony targets not being detected soon enough
- Keep the whole rule along the job and simplify handling of local variables
- Allow -- to disable option processing
- Enable propagation of target-specific variables when .OPTIONS is set to 'variable-propagation'.
- Notify when targets are finished
- Update internal documentation
- Update doxygen configuration
- Add a minimal Remakefile
- Output prefix directory in a way emacs can parse. (Based on a patch from Kim Nguyen.)
- Allow + inside variable names. Allow + and = inside variable content.
