- Update owncloud-csync and mirall to latest upstream version.
- Push new dependency qtkeychain to stable.

This update sould fix various bugs reported in lower version 1.4.x
- [abrt] mirall-1.4.2-3.fc19: __strlen_sse2_pminub: Process /usr/bin/owncloud was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
- [abrt] mirall: QString::free(QString::Data*)(): owncloud killed by SIGABRT
- Unnecessarily downloading files
