Description :
systemd is a system and service manager for Linux, compatible with
SysV and LSB init scripts. systemd provides aggressive parallelization
capabilities, uses socket and D-Bus activation for starting services,
offers on-demand starting of daemons, keeps track of processes using
Linux cgroups, supports snapshotting and restoring of the system
state, maintains mount and automount points and implements an
elaborate transactional dependency-based service control logic. It can
work as a drop-in replacement for sysvinit.

Update Information:

This update fixes a bug where the `/run/lock` directory was missing in buildroots in the Fedora build system (Koji). The bug prevented the installation of needed *BuildRequires* dependencies of some packages, and therefore blocked the fixing of bugs in those packages. The fix consists of running `systemd-tmpfiles --create` in systemd's %post scriptlet to ensure `/run/lock` is created.

Users are not expected to observe any difference from systemd-208-20.fc20, unless they perform systemd installations using `yum --installroot` or similar.
