Update Information:
Fixes a bug where ReviewBoard would generate an unusable configuration with Apache 2.4. (Apache changed authorization directives and ReviewBoard was still using the old format).
Also prepares ReviewBoard to support the parallel-installable python-django14 package.

* When posting a review request and using submit-as, the given username will
now be looked up in the auth backend (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.),
instead of just the local database.

causes an HTTP 500 error.

during save. Furthermore, the JSON is now valid and properly editable.
